How did I Cope with Acne during Pregnancy!

by raanani @ 2008-05-03 - 08:12:52

When I got pregnant during my second month of pregnancy I got skin eruptions all over my face, it really worried me as I am very much concerned about my beauty. I went and asked my doctor’s advice to prevent acne. He just told me it is very common during pregnancy as it is due to the hormone changes and also told that it will subside over time. I was not convinced with his answer and went to search the internet for solution to my problem.

I read articles on the website http://www.healinginstitute.info that deals extensively with simple methods to tackle acne during pregnancy. As per the articles, it is not advised to touch the affected spots with hands, or squeeze it, as it might lead to bacterial infection.

Eating fresh, clean fruits and vegetables helps in good blood circulation to all parts of the body there by reducing acne. Keeping the acne affected area clean by washing and using oil free moisturizer will help in the reduction of acne. It also says that stress might also be the cause for the outbreak of acne, hence if being relaxed also will keep the acne in check. I got convinced and I am suggesting adhering to the simple methods for women like me.
